The Role:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the 7 site’s mechanical and electrical equipment (commercial offices).
- AHUs, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms etc.
- Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.
- Identify required materials and order through approved suppliers.

What We Need From You:
- C&G Level 2/3 in a relevant trade.
- 18th Edition would be ideal but can put through course if needed.
- Experience working reactive and preventative maintenance in a commercial setting.
