The Role:
We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious contract with a high-profile client. This is your chance to work in a top-tier commercial building, maintaining electrical systems and ensuring smooth operation across a range of equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (50/50 split).
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC.
- Handle minor installations and small works as needed.
- Work alongside a small, tight-knit team of engineers and contractors.
- Take part in the call-out rota, offering support during emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and building occupants.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) / NVQ Level 3 in M&E (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
