Senior Facilities Manager

$160,000 - $165,000 + annual performance bonus
The world's leading FM specialists are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to head up a an exciting account for their client who are one of the largest manufacturers of manufactures and research developers.
The clients headquarters is a prestigious site less than 8 years old with lots of potential and opportunity.
The successful candidate will have 6 years + commercial facilities experience, finance experiences regarding budgeting and P&L, strong ownership and self-motivation.
Responsibilities for a Senior Facilities Manager:
Management responsibility for operational staff including Technicians, Coordinators and lower management.
Management of P&L across contract
Establish relationships with client & management
Establish relationships with external clients
Works with minimal direct supervision resolving complex operational problems
Responsible for all FM services across the account
Experience / Qualifications for a Senior Facilities Manager:
Previous Facilities Management experience
Experienced with Facilities Management Services
Strong communication skills
