Week 1 8am - 4.30pm

What You'll Do

As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for our clients, engineers, and sub-contractors.

  • Client Interaction: Logging all client instructions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication Management: Efficiently handling incoming calls and emails to ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Job Coordination: Allocating jobs to engineers and sub-contractors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Record Keeping: Keeping our in-house system and client portals up to date with all communications and arrangements.
  • Follow-Ups: Chasing updates and paperwork to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Team Collaboration: Keeping your colleagues informed about client changes and requirements.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing outstanding service by remaining courteous and professional at all times.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalating unresolved issues or those requiring higher management input.
  • Conference Call Management: Recording daily conference calls with engineers.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of previous administration experience.
