Location - Birmingham City Centre Office block
Salary up to £36,000 basic
Mon-Fri 40hrs a week
Overtime paid at 1.5x
25days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Are you a Birmingham based Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a role close to home, covering only 2 sites a stone throw away from each other
The largest FM company in the UK right now is looking for a on site maintenance engineer to be based at a corporate office just outside Snow hill Train station.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPM’s to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear etc).
- Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.
- Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
