Technical Services Supervisor
Location: Manchester - with travel
Salary: £45,000
Hours: 42 per week | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

Join one of the UK’s leading building services companies as a Technical Services Supervisor, playing a key national role in delivering high-quality technical and operational solutions. You’ll lead engineering teams across diverse sites, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with HFL’s gold-standard reputation for service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate on-site engineering teams across multiple locations
- Oversee small-to-medium project delivery, managing budgets, risk, timelines, and contractor performance
- Prepare tenders, quotes, budget forecasts, and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry contracts (JCT, NEC)
- Monitor technical quality, H&S, and operational standards
- Produce asset verification and condition reports
- Support apprenticeships, regulatory certifications, and continuous team development
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in HVAC or FM sectors
- Level 4 qualification in a related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Solid knowledge of industry standards, compliance frameworks, and project contracts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; SSSTS/SMSTS and IOSH desirable
