Static Electrical Supervisor (50/50 on/off the tools)

Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary - £48,000 + Overtime + Call Out
We have an exciting opportunity working for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies who are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to work across an exciting contract working with one of the most well known Insurance company.. Key Responsibilities for an Working Electrical Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Budgeting/reporting duties
- CAFM system use
- Client relations
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Adhere to all company policies and processes
- Lead a team of 3 engineers
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience for an Working Electrical Supervisor:
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical qualification
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
- Previous lead/supervisor experience ideal!
