Responsibilities:

  • Undertake air conditioning and refrigeration installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Service and repair VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers.
  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance according to our PPM and task schedules.
  • Provide accurate timesheet information within designated timeframes.
  • Perform basic facilities maintenance tasks.

Essential:

  • Experience with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment, including VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers.
  • FGAS Cat 1.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations.
  • Building Environmental and Electrical Services within the building services industry.
  • Understanding and experience meeting Health & Safety obligations.
  • Basic plumbing and building material skills/knowledge.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Electrical Certificate.
  • IPAF & PASMA.

Hours & Location of Work:

  • Fully mobile role covering Nottingham Region.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40-hour working week).
  • 24-hour on-call rota on a maximum 1 week in 4 schedule.
