The Role:

• PPM, servicing, fault-finding and repairs on mechanical building services

• Working on critical AHUs, MTHW/LTHW systems, pumps, FCUs, PUs, calorifiers, PHEs and controls

• Supporting compliance and safety in a hospital setting

• Completing works to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ/C&G in relevant trade or equivalent qualification

• Healthcare experience preferred but not essential

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
