Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects in a commercial office environment.
- Supervise a team of 2 established engineers.
- Toolbox Talks and Day To Day organisation.
- Equipment includes 4 AHU's, 2 Generators and 6 Boilers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and project expenses.
- Liaise with the current Facilities Manager and in effect be their right hand engineer on everything technical.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3
- SSSTS
- Experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer is essential.
- Knowledge of relevant equipment and a commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to cover engineers annual leave where necessary.
