We are now looking for a Facilities Manager who specialises within Soft Services to join a brand new contract win for a prestigious client in the heart of Kidlington, Oxford.
Joining a large team on site we are now looking for a Facilities Manager who has a good background in managing Cleaning, Security, Groundworks & Catering (Soft Services) with a knowledge of managing sub-contractors also!

Duties included:
- Maintenance Management
- Budget management and service charge preparation
- Soft Services Management
- Risk and Asset Management
- Relationship Management both internal and external
- People Management linking in with FM, Asset and Property Management Teams
