About the Project Coordinator role:

• Here we have a fantastic opportunity to grow a growing team within the Asset Division as a Project Coordinator working along side the Project Manager covering a large team of asset surveyors covering the UK, you will be tasked with ensuring the general operations and projects go smoothly, assist with client liaison, strategy and performance as well as change control, for this role you will need previous experience in a similar role with a background in FM and proffered knowledge of Asset Management of Life cycle works.

What you need to be a Project Coordinator:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience organizing life cycle or asset works is desirable
