Air Conditioning Engineer
Established in 1989, our client has grown to cement themselves as a leading provider of renewable energy, air conditioning, electrical and mechanical services throughout Cambridge and the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire areas, with their work and reputation taking them to Essex, Suffolk and London. They are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who is based in Cambridge.
Purpose of Role
To visit customer sites to service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to high quality standards to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include
Diagnosing, fault finding and problem solving on air conditioning equipment in commercial, industrial and occasionally domestic sites.
Regular maintenance of customer equipment as per maintenance agreements.
Accurate completion and timely submittal of service sheets, timesheets and other documentation as required.
Accurate, timely communication with client, manager and other stakeholders as required in relation to specific jobs.
Careful management of van stock levels in compliance with company policy.
The ideal candidate will have:
Refrigerant Handling - City &Guilds 2079 or equivalent.
Vocational qualification up to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
Hydrocarbon Safe Handling - City & Guilds 6187-21 or equivalent is desirable.
A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
