Chief Building Engineer

Due to an internal changes and contract extension, we have an excellent opportunity for a Chief Engineer to work for the world's leading media and entertainment facility - our client is looking for a strong leader to join the team of 7 engineers on site. A critical aspect of this role is to be able to is to offer support and interact with multiple departments across a large campus.
The successful candidate will need to be client facing and able to respond quickly to client requests and maintain the great relationship on site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Understand critical building automation systems
Carry out modifications and installations when required
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3+ years working in a leadership capacity
A recognized qualification in one of the following: Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC
Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
Very well presented
Client facing experience (highly desirable)
