Here we have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service telecommunication skills.

Role will include:
 - Taking calls from customers
 - Taking correct action and entering data correctly
 - Liaising with the Administrative Planning team
 - Working in a fast paced environment efficiently to provide customer satisfaction

Must have: 
 - Experience in customer service role
 - Be able to confidently use all aspects of Microsoft Office
 - Be confident on the phone
 - Be able to problem solve and escalate to the correct area
