Monday to Friday, 8am / 5pm
Salary up to £40,000 + OT + Call Out (£150)
Our client are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join the UK's and Ireland leading supplier of new trains and train services based at one of their industrial depots in Wembley.
On site you'll be a part of a team of 2 with duties such as reactive & planned works, dealing with suppliers and keeping logbooks up to date - as a company they can offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays, further career progression and company pension scheme.
Job specific responsibilities for a Electrical Engineer:
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Stepping in for the M&E Manager in their absence and sharing the workload of the site
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Supervising one engineer on site
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
- Writing of PPM schedules
- Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience for a Electrical Engineer:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent Electrical Installation
- 18th edition
- AM2 (desirable)
- Experienced in dealing with clients
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
