Salary - £40K - 42k as a basic salary + travel + overtime

16 sites in total, 3 large sites and the rest are smaller sites, you would be part of a larger team of a day to day engineer at the sites, your role as a Regional Electrical Engineer is to support them with more of the annual / 6 monthly checks etc.

Duties
- Demonstrate and proven experience of working in a property maintenance environment. Hospital environment preferable
- All round maintenance experience with an electrical bias.
- Install works also covered, sockets, power points, lighting also covered fitting taps, pumps, and pipework)
- Carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. (Building, mechanical, electrical)
- Mechanical advantageous, (work on fitting pumps, bellow, expansion vessel, motors inverters. Fans)
- Emergency light testing. HVAC works, RCD, distribution boards testing, fire alarm testing.
- Signing in of contractors and issuing authority to work.
- Follow health and safety guidelines whilst on site.
- Eventually go on 1 in 4 call out rota, standby payments ( if called or not).
- Good team player willing to assist team members with other remit tasks.
- Training courses for AP duties required to be AP’s
