Role Overview:
You will be responsible for remedial and minor new works across our client estates.
Your tasks will include upgrading, replacing, and installing systems, as well as conducting maintenance works, inspections, and fault finding.
Great verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you'll be updating clients and recording all activities, remedial works, and inspection logs.
Shift Pattern:
This role offers a 4-day working week within a 7-day period, with out-of-hours requirements including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Each working day comprises 10 hours within a 24-hour period, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
Frequent travel within the region is expected, with occasional overnight stays if needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in planned and/or reactive electrical maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 18th Edition qualification
- Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 2391 testing and inspection certification (desirable)
- Background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction with project work within a region (preferred).
