Your duties as a Fabric Engineer will include:
- Tap flushing and temperature testing
- Fire alarm testing / Emergency Light Testing
- Plant room inspections
- Routine testing
- Completion of low-level PPM statutory inspections and low value maintenance
- Furniture checks and adjustments
- Replacement ad repair of door furniture, including door closures
- Where radiators are present, bleed and check operation of TRV's

- Mon-Thurs - 7:30am -4:30pm - Fri - 7:30am - 1:30pm - Always an early finish on a Friday
- Up to £29,000
