Fabric Engineer – Leading FM Provider – Prestigious Shopping Centre, Oxford

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Competitive Benefits | Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

We’re looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join the world’s largest FM provider at a prestigious shopping centre in Oxford. As part of a 6-person onsite maintenance team, you’ll handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, keeping the site running smoothly while providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repairs, fixes, door lock replacements, and minor plumbing tasks.
• Perform water testing and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain and update site logbooks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all maintenance duties are completed efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
• Participate in the monthly call-out rota.
