The Role:

• Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance across multiple commercial properties.
• Ensuring site logbooks are up to date and compliant.
• Working closely with other engineers, clients, and management teams.
• Covering a variety of fabric maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building upkeep.
