This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Account Manager and Contract Support, contributing to a newly won 10-year contract.
Role Overview:
- Position: Facilities Coordinator
- Location: Cardiff, Shopping Centre
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Team Size: 10
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue permits to contractors and vendors
- Conduct site checks and inspections
- Manage and log work orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
