Your Role:
As the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, you will take a hands-on and leadership role to ensure the facility’s outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly in a commercial or pharmaceutical setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in horticulture, landscaping, or equipment use (e.g., PA1/PA6 spraying licence).
- A valid UK driving licence.
