Lead Electrical Engineer
Area: Bolton, Manchester, Leeds, Morecombe and Middlesbrough
Salary: up to £43,000 + van & fuel card.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join an existing team of engineers covering commercial offices. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading a team of engineers with over 60% of the day to day off the tools.

Job specific responsibilities:

• Carry out/delegate and update all maintenance responsibilities including but not limited to all legal compliance tasks
• Reviewing risk assessments and method statements
• Issuing and closing out permits to works
• Arrangement of RAMS
• Managing the day-to-day schedules of the engineers
• Writing of PPM schedules
• Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
• Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

Qualifications / Experience:

• NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification
• 18^th Edition
• Good knowledge of building services
• Client facing experience
• Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
