M&E Engineer
Holborn - WC2A
Monday to Friday, 7am / 4pm - 10am / 7pm (alternates weekly)
Salary up to £46,000 + OT
Looking for a static role working on behalf of a high-end client?
The UK's biggest FM company are looking for a M&E Engineer to be based at a high-end independent law firm who advise businesses, financial services and not-for-profit organistations. Across the 7 storey building you'll be the F-Gas responsible on site as well as doing reactive & planned maintenance, keeping site logbooks up to date as well as keeping the client up to date.

Job Responsibilities for an M&E Engineer:
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Stepping in for the M&E Manager in their absence and sharing the workload of the site
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience for an M&E Engineer:
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Building Services / Engineering
- F-Gas (ESSENTIAL)
- Able to work under own initiative
- Client facing & well presented
