Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Electrician to join our passionate and driven mobile maintenance team in the Northwest on a permanent basis. We are seeking candidates who reside in Manchester or Liverpool to apply.
Candidates must have previous experience working within Facilities Management.
Duties will include:
To undertake test & inspection, and remedial works, PPMs, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
To provide a call-out response for the client as detailed in the call out rota.
To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
To take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2391, 18th Edition
Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
Full clean driving licence
