We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our passionate and driven Engineering Support team in Nottingham.
Duties will include:
The successful candidate will ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's. They will also maintain all buildings to a high standard in a proactive manner.
They provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must therefore play their part in the overall delivery of service.
Reporting to the regional manager/supervisor, they will be responsible for the delivery of the client contract within their allocated sites and in accordance with the contractual SLA's, Atalian Servest business policies and processes.
The candidate will support the regional supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Candidate requirements:
Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 and 17th / 18th Edition.
Experience working within Facilities Management.
Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
Strong understanding of Building Services Infrastructure.
Strong background in Technical Facilities Management with an electrical bias.
Broad knowledge of computerized FM and maintenance management systems (BMS).
The ability to work within a customer-focused environment where brand image is very important.
Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
Customer Liaison skills.
COSHH Awareness.
First Aid
Full driving licence
CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification
Benefits:
Salary: Up to £34,000 (depending on skills and experience)
