Our client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join a team of 12 engineers across a handful of sites in Wembley and surrounding areas.
In this role as a Maintenance Plumber you will be responsible for the fabric maintenance on the sites, as one of the leading FM companies in the UK our client can offer further training, upskilling courses and great company benefits.
Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, installation, compliance tasks
- Reactive works, minor Plumbing install works, Pressure vessels valve replacement etc Legionella awareness, Point of Use heaters
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks as required
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Plumbing duties/plant room checks
- General Building services work when required
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing (Essential)
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
- Client facing experience (Essential)
