The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervision of a team of 6 multiskilled engineers
• Management and planning of PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
• Organisation of labour, ensuring workloads are distributed amongst the team
• Overseeing compliance across the site
• Management of subcontractors, issuing RAMS, permits, and completing site audits
• Assisting with the supervision of H&S across site
• Participating in emergency escalation calls when required

 

The Maintenance Supervisor will have:

• C&G Level Electrical or Mechanical
• Experience as a supervisor
