Mechanical Engineer

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary - up to £41,000
We have a new and exciting position working for a leading facilities management company as a Mechanical Engineer working out of a prestigious building in Twickenham. This position is for an engineer that is willing to grow with a team and we require someone ideally with experience from a similar site that maintains the building whilst also having compliance and client facing experience
In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active engineer.
Job specific responsibilities for a Mechanical Engineer:
- PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Dealing with plumbing and mechanical plumbing works such as AHUs, FCUs maintenance
- Working as part of a large team
- Will need to work overtime days - roughly 15 a year on a Saturday or Sunday
Qualifications / Experience for a Mechanical Engineer:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing & heating
- Experienced in dealing with clients
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
