We are looking for an Air Conditioning Project Manager to join our clients expanding team. The candidate would ideally be either based in or near Birmingham with a current clean driving licence.
This is a permanent position to work on various contracts in retail, leisure, health sector, office developments and commercial premises within the UK.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, subcontractors and suppliers and report to Directors.
Ideally:
- You would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services or have C & G/NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration level 2 or 3 and FGas
- Be familiar with AutoCAD and have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience post qualification.
- Experienced in design, estimating and subsequent managing of nationwide projects, from inception to completion.
- Full Driving License required as the projects can be anywhere within the UK.
A company vehicle or car allowance will be provided
