Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Lincoln/Skegness/Boston
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Up to £36,000 (dependent on trade)

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute 60% planned maintenance and 40% reactive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, and tap flushing.
- Handle general plumbing duties, including leaks, blockages, and changing taps.
- Undertake minor building maintenance, such as repairing cracked windows, replacing doors, and wooden gates.
- Independently plan and organize workload using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
- Maintain a client-facing role, ensuring excellent service delivery.

- 1 in 7 call out.
- Overtime available for small works
- Call out when on standby compensated at £160.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in plumbing, electrical or carpentry (NVQ Level 2/3)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Building Maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and progress in your career.
