Our largest client, a global estates management company is now looking to mobilise a new team in 2023 in it's largest commercial division, this role will be working across the UK on multiple types of buildings overseeing the entirety of the works. With  visits to the main office located in London, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of not only delivering works, but also the sales, business development and financial sides of this kind of role.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and good knowledge of the above, with a desire and hunger to get new business and grow their own portfolio in the role!
