Role: Project Manager

Area: Yorkshire & Remote working 

Sector: Asset Performance

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Role of a Project Manager:
  • Manage the asset survey project survey resources and produce project plans for client sign off.
  • Be the central point of contact for the asset strategy, performance, and change control. As well as managing the daily escalation of the team.
  • Monitor asset survey projects to practical completion, ensuring bespoke requirements are adhered to.
  • Produce progress reports to support the Senior Management Team for accurate reflection of project status.
  • Manage multiple live projects operating concurrently with different project specifications.
  • Produce asset survey project briefs for sign of from the Senior Project Manager
  • Deliver updates for clients as required and maintain data for dashboard reporting.
  • Manage in house asset survey administration resource and be confident in providing the Senior Project Manager required updates.
 

Qualifications of a Project Manager:
  • Time-served apprenticeship in building services discipline, or degree in engineering
  • Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or actively working towards registration
  • CITB Site Manager Safety Training Scheme
  • PRINCE 2 Foundation & Practitioner
  • CIBSE Building Services Explained
  • NEBOSH and/or IOSH Managing Safely
