Projects Manager

Manage the asset survey project survey resources and produce project plans for client sign off. Be the central point of contact for the asset strategy, performance, and change control. As well as managing the daily escalation of the team. Monitor asset survey projects to practical completion, ensuring bespoke requirements are adhered to. Produce progress reports to support the Senior Management Team for accurate reflection of project status. Manage multiple live projects operating concurrently with different project specifications. Produce asset survey project briefs for sign of from the Senior Project Manager Deliver updates for clients as required and maintain data for dashboard reporting. Manage in house asset survey administration resource and be confident in providing the Senior Project Manager required updates.
