Are you ready to take that step up into a supervisory role?
We are looking specifically for a skilled Heat Pump Engineer who wants to progress into a Supervisor role in the next 6 to 12 months.
75% of our works are within 1.5hrs of Nuneaton.
You will need to be computer literate because of the nature of the senior role.
Up To £42,000 Basic and then a review will take place when ready to step into new role.
We design and install bespoke heat pump systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the UK.

Responsibilities:

Design Excellence:
- Collaborate with our engineering team to design bespoke ground source heat pump systems tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and assessments to evaluate feasibility and identify optimal locations for heat pump installations.

Installation Expertise:
- Perform meticulous heat loss/gain calculations and system sizing to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance.
- Install and commission ground source heat pump systems with precision, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert technical support and training to clients and internal staff on heat pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with existing heat pump installations promptly and effectively.

Leadership & Career Progression:
- Progress into a supervisory position within 6 to 12 months, where you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in the design, installation, and maintenance of air source and ground source heat pump systems.
- Thorough understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- G3 Unvented qualification as a minimum requirement.
