Work-life balance with shift patterns: 6am – 2:30pm or 10am – 7:30pm
1 in 8 on-call rota with a minimum 4-hour pay at 1.5x
Your Role:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of mechanical systems.
Work on AHUs, valves, pumps, motors, cooling towers, and heating systems—alongside a team of supportive engineers.
Troubleshoot faults, carry out inspections, and ensure all work meets high safety and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in mechanical maintenance within a building services or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pumps, and heating systems.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
