The role will be based out of offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh, depending on your locality, with regular travel to site.

The Role of the Technical Services Manager will be:

• Management of a number of key clients across the maintenance portfolio
• Supervision of PPM and reactive maintenance schedules across the central belt of Scotland 
• Technical support to a team of Air Conditioning engineers
• Tendering for contracts and project work
• Dealing with pricing and quotes
• Project Management for small works, management of subcontractors for bigger projects
• Site audits, engineer audits
• HR duties - overseeing training etc for engineers

The Technical Services Manager will have:

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• FGAS qualification
