Our client currently has a great opportunity for a Tenant Services Manager to be based at one of their flagship sites in the heart of London - on site you'll be responsible for managing 13 tenants as well as looking after a shift team of 10.

Job specific responsibilities for a Tenant Services Manager:
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Dealing and liaising with 13 tenants on site
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost - timescales and appropriate quality standards as required
- Supervising a team of 10 engineers
- Quoting works, report writing, debt & WIP
- Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience for a Tenant Services Manager:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an M&E or building services bias
- 18th edition (desirable)
- Experienced in dealing with clients
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
