Location: North West
Salary: £34,000-£37,000
Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30
Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and reliable Caretaker/Warden to support the smooth running of the site. The Caretaker/Warden will act as the main on-site presence, ensuring contractors are managed, paperwork is completed, and standards are maintained.

Key Duties
- Escort and chaperone contractors across site
- Complete basic site checks and gather reports
- Oversee contractor activity to ensure compliance and safety
- Support with scheduling, documentation, and on-site records
- Report issues to management promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment
- Experience in a Caretaker/Warden or site support role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
