Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card

About the Role

Our client is a long-standing FM provider that has recently received significant investment to expand operations and strengthen technical delivery across the Midlands. Following the award of a major educational contract in Stoke, they are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services across educational sites and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across educational and commercial buildings.

• Install, service, and repair HVAC, VRF, and split systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

• Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions to maintain operational systems.

• Work safely and in line with compliance, health & safety, and contract standards.

• Update job progress and reporting accurately via the CAFM system.

• Support minor building services tasks when required.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site teams.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning / HVAC.

• F-Gas qualified (essential).

• Experience in FM, multi-site commercial, or educational building services maintenance.

• Able to work independently across a regional patch.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
