Mechanical Manager (HVAC)

The Role:

• Lead and manage a small team responsible for approx 200 AHUs

• Oversee maintenance and performance of all HVAC assets

• Manage isolations, permits, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

• Produce reports and present updates to clients and senior stakeholders

• Work closely with the projects team, providing technical support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualification in a HVAC trade.

• Vent AP tickets highly desirable

• Healthcare background preferred but not a must

• Strong report writing and stakeholder management skills
