We’re recruiting an Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of retail and commercial properties, delivering high-quality reactive and proactive maintenance across multiple client sites.

This role suits an electrically qualified engineer who enjoys fault finding, diagnostics, and customer-facing work, and wants to be part of a well-structured service team working to clear standards and KPIs.

The role

You’ll carry out electrical and multi-skilled maintenance across key retail and commercial sites, working in line with client SOPs and performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs

• Reactive breakdown response and proactive maintenance

• Root cause analysis to reduce repeat call-outs

• Supporting PPM delivery and corrective works

• Updating service records, reports and client systems accurately

• Working safely in line with health & safety procedures

• Supporting other engineers and sharing best practice

• Maintaining stock levels to improve first-time fix

This role includes 1 in 4 out-of-hours cover, with overtime paid at 1.5x and door-to-door pay.

What we’re looking for

• Recognised Electrical Qualifications

• Strong experience in electrical fault finding and repairs

• Experience working on retail or commercial plant

• Professional, customer-focused approach

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
