Mobile Electrical Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card
Location: Midlands (regional role across Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham & Leicester)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Sector: Facilities Management / Educational & Commercial Buildings

With a newly awarded educational contract in Stoke, they are in an exciting phase of development as they scale across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across educational and commercial buildings.
Maintain and repair systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small installs, testing & inspection, and general building services.
Work safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance and contract requirements.
Update job progress and reporting via the CAFM system.
Assist with minor fabric or mechanical tasks when required.
Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent on-site communication.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
18th Edition (essential).
2391/2394/2395 (desirable).
Experience in FM or multi-site building services maintenance.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
