Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across educational and commercial buildings.

• Maintain and repair systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small installs, testing & inspection, and general building services.

• Work safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance and contract requirements.

• Update job progress and reporting via the CAFM system.

• Assist with minor fabric or mechanical tasks when required.

• Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent on-site communication.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition (essential).

• 2391/2394/2395 (desirable).

• Experience in FM or multi-site building services maintenance.

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
