Job Title: Technical Contract Manager - FM
Location: North London (Kingsbury)
Sector: Commercial/Public Sector
Salary: £65,000 + car allowance + bonus

As a Technical Contract Manager you will be based on a extremely busy single site in Central North London overseeing a team of 10 direct reports. You will be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and leadership of the contract. You will assist in the planning and execution of extra works and large projects. You will also have a strong involvement with the client and shareholders.
