About the Role: Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting and stable role? Join a team and play a crucial part in maintaining and improving electrical systems within a high-profile static site. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems, including intruder alarms, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency electrical issues.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Upgrade and install new electrical systems when required, including sockets and lighting.

Maintain accurate records of all electrical works and repairs.

Work closely with site management and clients to provide top-quality service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent qualification).
- 18th Edition wiring regulations (Required).

Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repairs.

Strong understanding of electrical control systems, fire alarms and lighting systems.

Knowledge of health and safety best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential):

Experience working in a facilities management or commercial environment.

Additional mechanical or HVAC-related qualifications.

Familiarity with BMS systems.
