​Kieran Bryan has been working within specialist engineering and facilities management recruitment for over seven years, progressing from consultant level through to senior operational leadership.

Now serving as Operations Director at HVAC Recruitment, Kieran plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, operational performance and large-scale client partnerships.

He oversees national delivery capability, consultant performance, financial oversight and long-term workforce planning across complex FM and engineering contracts. His approach is centred on compliance, retention, service consistency and measurable performance outcomes.

Kieran has been instrumental in scaling regional operations, building high-performing recruitment teams and expanding client partnerships across the UK. His experience includes managing multi-region delivery structures, supporting board-level presentations and aligning recruitment strategy with organisational growth plans.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, he ensures recruitment solutions are not transactional but embedded within clients’ wider operational objectives.
