Qualifications and Skills:
- CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, CORT1, TPCP1.
- 5 + Years Experience in Similar Role
- Direct Fired AHU Experience
- Warm Air Heater Experience.
- Commercial Boiler Experience.
- IPAF certification (preferred).
- Good written and spoken English with basic mathematical skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience in structured PPM delivery.
- Worked with business-critical equipment and in a customer-focused role.
- Experience in a health and safety-led role.
- Commercial gas systems management and paperwork experience.
Aptitude:
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Good timekeeping, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
