Air Conditioning Technician | HVAC | Commercial & Industrial

Location: Central Scotland | Salary: Up to £49,400 per year (including paid travel)

We’re hiring an experienced Air Conditioning Technician / HVAC Engineer to join a nationwide M&E company. This hands-on role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial AC systems across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning (AC) systems in commercial offices, industrial sites, shopping centres, care homes, and other client properties.

• Conduct routine inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics to ensure efficient HVAC performance.

• Work with Mitsubishi, Daikin, and other AC systems.

• Complete electronic job reports, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with clients.

• Maintain company van, tools, and equipment in top condition.

• Attend training and development courses to stay up-to-date with HVAC and FGas regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Engineer / HVAC Technician.

• FGas Category 1 qualified.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional, friendly, and solution-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
