Chiller Engineer (HVAC / Refrigeration)
Location: Mobile / Regional UK
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + overtime + call-out (negotiable)

We are recruiting an experienced Chiller Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial and industrial water chillers and associated HVAC plant. This is a mobile role offering door-to-door travel, minimal overnight stays, and long-term stability.

Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Chiller Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial and industrial water chillers and associated HVAC plant. This is a mobile role offering door-to-door travel, minimal overnight stays, and long-term stability.
Key Duties
- Service, maintain, and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
- Fault-find refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Work on associated plant including pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, pipework, and control panels
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Complete service reports and F-Gas documentation
- Liaise professionally with clients and on-site teams
- Proven experience as a Chiller Engineer or Refrigeration Engineer
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- Strong electrical fault-finding capability
- Demonstrable experience working on water chillers
- Full UK driving licence
- Manufacturer training (e.g. Trane, Carrier, Daikin, York)
- Commercial FM or industrial background
- Exposure to BMS and controls systems
