Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaners ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and manage quality control.
- Handle staff scheduling and training.
- Report and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive attitude.
